Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all orders and deliveries made between Stock 2CV Portugal France, hereinafter referred to as “Stock 2CV”, and its customers, whether professionals or private individuals, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Any service provided by Stock 2CV implies the purchaser’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GCS, which shall apply to the exclusion of any other provision.
Order procedure
Orders can only be registered on the site if the purchaser has clearly identified him/herself by entering his/her personal details. The creation of an account is optional, but is necessary in order to track orders and avoid having to enter all personal information each time a new order is placed.
Stock 2CV undertakes to honour orders received on its online shop only within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product, Stock 2CV informs the buyer as soon as possible.
The photographs and illustrations of the products in the online shop are for illustrative purposes only. They are in no way a binding commitment.
All the data supplied by the purchaser, the validation of the order and the corresponding payment will constitute proof of the transaction. By validating the order, the purchaser declares that he/she has read and accepts without reservation the entirety of the general conditions of sale.
Any order not accompanied by full payment will be put on hold until full payment has been received.
Payment
When ordering, payable to Stock 2CV, by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
The property of the goods invoiced is reserved to the seller until full payment of the price.
Delivery: your transported goods are insured under the following conditions
In the event of a dispute, loss or delay, the customer must contact the carrier within the required time limit by registered letter. In order for your reservations to be taken into account by the CARRIER, please note the following on the delivery note: “DETERIORATED PACKAGE, BREAKDOWN PARTS” and, above all, do not note: “UNPACKING RESERVED”, as this formula is not legally taken into account by the carrier and its insurance.
All claims must be sent to us with a copy of the reservations made to the carrier within 48 hours. After this time, claims cannot be taken into consideration and the customer is solely and fully liable.
Delivery times
Stock 2CV undertakes to make every effort to deliver its products as quickly as possible.
Products in stock are dispatched within a maximum of 8 (eight) days (generally 1 to 3 working days) after your order has been placed, with the carrier taking a further 2 to 3 working days. Longer delivery times are explicitly indicated on the product sheets and when you place your order for specific products (made-to-order products, standard exchange products, etc.).
In the event that the product(s) have not been delivered within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date indicated at the time of the order on the site, for any reason other than force majeure or the fault of the Customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer. You will then be fully reimbursed no later than 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the cancellation of the order.
Rates
For private customers and members, the prices given in the catalogue include VAT and are in EURO.
For professionals connected to their pro account, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT and in EURO.
Prices are indicative and may be changed without notice. The prices invoiced are those in force on the day of the order.
The conditions below are accepted without restriction or reservation.
In the event of disputes, the court of Cusset shall have sole jurisdiction, even in the event of a third party claim or multiple defendants. The photos and illustrations in our catalogue are for information purposes only and are not binding on our company.

Legal guarantees
All our new parts are guaranteed for 2 (two) years (unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product sheet) for defects in the conformity of the product(s) ordered, under the terms of article L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (legal guarantee of conformity), and for hidden defects in the item sold under the terms of article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (legal guarantee against hidden defects).
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, applicable to product(s) that appear to be defective, damaged or do not correspond to the order, you have a period of 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods to request repair or replacement of the product ordered, subject to the cost conditions set out in article L.217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
Under the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use, you have a period of 2 (two) years from the discovery of the defect to bring an action and choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
In order to assert your rights, you must contact the After-Sales Service to obtain approval for the return of the part. Non-conforming and/or defective products must be returned to us or to the shop in the condition in which they were received, together with all the components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
We reserve the right to accept or reject the guarantee if the spare parts have not been assembled correctly.
After analysis by our experts, we will reimburse, replace or repair only the product(s) under guarantee deemed to be non-compliant or defective.
Postage costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and on presentation of supporting documents.
Used parts guarantee exchange for old material
Used parts are guaranteed for 3 (three) months from receipt.
The buyer therefore has this period to check the product(s). In the event of a problem, Stock 2CV will take back and replace your car.
No modification must have been made to the product.
Stock 2CV guarantees the product ordered but will not under any circumstances take responsibility for any work carried out on it by the purchaser.
All warranty work will be carried out by our workshops.
In order to assert your rights, you must contact the After-Sales Service to obtain approval for the return of the part. Non-conforming and/or defective products must be returned to us or to the shop in the condition in which they were received, together with all the components (accessories, packaging, instructions if supplied, etc.).
We reserve the right to accept or reject the guarantee if the spare parts have not been assembled correctly.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the products. They vary according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer. They are calculated according to the quantity of products ordered, their weight and the delivery distance. Delivery costs can be calculated from the buyer’s basket.
Reservation of ownership
Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer once the full price has been paid.
The risks and custody of the goods are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the product(s). The buyer undertakes to store the goods with all due care.
In the event of non-payment, the seller is entitled to reclaim the unpaid or partially paid goods, and the buyer is obliged to return them on first demand.
In the event of the goods being taken back in application of this clause, all sums already paid by the customer shall be retained by our company by way of damages.
Right of withdrawal
If the purchaser is an individual consumer, they have a right of withdrawal of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods. A “consumer” is any natural person who performs a legal act for a purpose that cannot be attributed either to their professional industrial or commercial activity or to their professional craft or liberal profession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must notify us of their decision to withdraw by means of a statement sent by letter or e-mail.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the purchaser to transmit his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The buyer must return the item(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition, i.e. unused, and must also enclose the invoice, specifying that he/she wishes to be reimbursed.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty for the buyer, who will be reimbursed for the sums paid by cheque or bank transfer, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, which will remain at the buyer’s expense.
You must return or hand over the products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal, at the address below:

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Special orders such as bodies, upholstery, paintwork, coloured tops, etc., as well as all products made to the buyer’s specifications, cannot be returned under any circumstances. The same applies to second-hand parts, which are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Gift cards
Gift cards of various values can be purchased on the site. Gift cards can be used in several instalments, with no limit on their validity, for any payment on the online shop. The gift card code is sent by e-mail to the purchaser once the payment has been validated. Only the information stored in our system is valid: gift card code, amount remaining to be used.
The gift card cannot be discounted.
To use the “Stock 2CV” gift card , enter the gift card code in the discount code box when validating the order.
Protection of computer data
Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, the information requested from the purchaser is necessary for the processing of his/her registration and is intended for Stock 2CV’s own use, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The Buyer has a right of access to this information. On request, it may be communicated to him and, in the event of error or modification, rectified.
Stock 2CV takes the protection of its customers’ computer data very seriously and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the Web.
Disputes and mediation
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
If you have a complaint, you can contact the after-sales service using the contact form or by telephone.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, if you do not consider the final response provided by our after-sales service to be satisfactory, you have the option of using the electronic complaints book free of charge, in accordance with Portuguese Law DL no. 156/2005 of 15 September, amended by Decree no. 74/2017 of 21 June and subsequent changes.
